Christmas in Qatar

Good Morning All,

In my last blog post I told you that I was leaving the UK and heading for Qatar for the Christmas period. I’ve shared some photographs of our time there during the Christmas period:

Decorating spaces to make them welcoming on Christmas Eve

Decorating the house with tea light holders and candles can make the environment feel homely and welcoming, especially if hosting a party or get together.

My partner’s mother did some beautiful decoration inside the home ready for the big day. Bunting, trees & wreaths are the perfect decorations.

The palm trees surrounding the building make it feel so exotic, with the sky scraping buildings reminding you of the luxurious setting of Doha.

The structures of the buildings in Qatar are so beautifully done; it’s a pleasure to photograph them

 

Christmas is the perfect time to take photographs of family — something to keep forever

Dressing appropriately is important in Qatar. I found this beautiful long dress from Boohoo and it was so cheap! I also chose this bag as a Christmas gift from my partner… it’s a copy of the Chloe bag which of course makes me a little happy as I love designer handbags but can’t justify the spend!
